The Southington Knights of Columbus, Isabella Council 15, recently awarded scholarships to four Class of 2015 high school graduates residing in Southington. The four, all high academic achievers, included NW Catholic graduate Kayla Beaupre, a parishioner of St. Dominic who will attend the University of Pennsylvania State; Sarah Palko, Southington H.S. grad and member of Mary Our Queen who will attend St. Joseph University in Hartford; Lauren Zazzaro, SHS grad and member of St. Thomas who plans to attend LeMoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y.; and Dominic Zmarlicki, SHS grad of Mary Our Queen who will attend Wagner College in New York City’s Staten Island. The four outstanding students have also been leaders in sports and extracurricular activities as well as school, community, and church service throughout their school years.
